Welcome to Linda Cyrenne’s website!
Linda Cyrenne is a visual artist who presents to you here her passion, the creation of unique works, her workshop and her worlds.
This artist has been painting professionally for over thirty years. Her works are presented in Quebec, but also in British Columbia and occasionally in France. She specializes in painting on silk, but she also uses various techniques (acrylic, collage and others) which allows her to give a unique rendering to her canvases. The artist has been able to renew itself over the years and innovate, notably by mounting its silks on gallery canvas.
The artist also works from pieces of silk that she has painted (scraps) and preserved over the years to create some of her works. This brings a most contemporary style to her paintings. She also explores abstraction, being more interested in shapes and colors, for the emotion they transmit, than for their figurative representations.
